1. Applicable Activity
By participating in the activity “THE FOREST Sporty Summer Bonanza” (the “Activity”) organized by New World Investments Limited（“NWIL”）as set out in clause 2 below, a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Activity.
2. The Details of The Activity
(a) Activity Period: 1 August – 31 August 2021 (the “Period”)
(b) Time: 10:30 – 22:30
(c) Redemption Location: Concierge on 1/F, THE FOREST
(d) Offers Details:
Offer 1: Cash Voucher
During the Period, KLUB 11 Members (the “Members”) spending HK$800 or more by electronic payment in a single purchase at the designated merchants (the “Merchants”) are eligible to redeem one “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher”.
Offer 2: Extra K Dollar Reward
During the Period, the top three Members with the most cumulative spending by electronic payment that were successfully registered via "K11 HK" Mobile App, will win 10,000 K Dollars, 5,000 K Dollars and 3,000 K Dollars respectively.
3. Eligibility
During the Period, a Member can redeem one “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” by presenting one Eligible Receipt with spending of HK$800 or above by electronic payment in a single purchase at the Merchants. Each Eligible Receipt can only be used to redeem one “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” once, no repeated redemption using the same Eligible Receipt is allowed. There is no limit on the number of redemptions made by each Member, the more eligible spending made, the more vouchers redeemed.
During the Period, the top three Members with the most cumulative spending at THE FOREST by electronic payment that were successfully registered via "K11 HK" Mobile App, will win 10,000 K Dollars, 5,000 K Dollars and 3,000 K Dollars respectively. Winners will be announced via THE FOREST Facebook and Instagram on or before 17 September, and winners will be notified individually.
4. “Designated Merchants” means the merchants selling sport-related products as listed below (in alphabetical order):

5. “Eligible Receipt” means:
(a) An original machine-printed receipt issued by the Merchant at THE FOREST on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction.
(b) A corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) bearing the name of the Member.
(c) NWIL does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that NWIL suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation.
(d) A receipt with complete transaction details, and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
(e) NWIL has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to NWIL in the course of redemption. The Eligible Receipt marked by NWIL cannot be used again for redemption.
(f) NWIL has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to NWIL in the course of the redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purposes.
6. “Eligible Transaction” shall mean a consumer transaction between the consumer and a Merchant at THE FOREST, excluding the below transactions
(a) Any single spending below HK$50;
(b) Purchase of any kinds of membership(s);
(c) Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(d) Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets;
(e) Payments using K Dollars and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers;
(f) Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(g) Currency exchange;
(h) Any online transaction with the merchants;
(i) Any bank transaction;
(j) Charity donations
(k) Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
(l) Any other transaction between the Member and any merchants as specified by KLUB 11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).
7. “Electronic Payment” means transaction by credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay, Quick Pass, EPS and Octopus cards.
8. “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” is distributed in the form of a physical coupon. Customers must present an original and complete cash coupon to the selected merchants. The cash coupon will be invalid if found defaced, altered or photocopied. “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” will not be reissued, convertible to cash nor other formats of rewards. The “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” is valid until 30 September 2021.
9. The detailed terms and conditions of “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” are listed on the back of the voucher. For the list of selected merchants accepting the voucher, please refer to the official website https://theforest.hk/en/events/detail/4366.
10. In case of adverse weather during the Period, NWIL reserves the right to close the shopping centre or suspend the Activity without prior notice.
11. Extra K Dollar Reward
11.1 The corresponding Bonus KLUB Points of 10,000 K Dollars, 5,000 K Dollars and 3,000 K Dollars will be automatically credited to the winners’ accounts in their "K11 HK" Mobile App respectively on or before 30 September 2021, after the Eligible Transactions are verified and confirmed by NWIL and KLUB 11 , with an expiry date of 31 December 2021.
Extra K Dollar Reward:
With the highest cumulative spending - 10,000 K Dollar
With the second highest cumulative spending - 5,000 K Dollar
With the third highest cumulative spending - 3,000 K Dollar
11.2 Winners must be a KLUB 11 Member. Terms and conditions apply for the use of K Dollar.
12. All rewards are non-convertible to cash, non-refundable nor altered.
13. No Liability
NWIL does not warrant that the products and services offered by the individual merchants or redeemed by the participants in the Activity are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose, NWIL disclaims all liability in relation to such products and services. The participants in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interest, if any, of any nature to pursue against NWIL.
14. NWIL reserves the right to amend, alter, interpret, suspend or terminate the Activity at any time without prior notice.
15. NWIL has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of NWIL will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
16. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
