THE FOREST CHILL IN THE AUTUMN
1. Applicable Activity
By participating in the activity “THE FOREST CHILL in the Autumn” (the “Activity”) organized by New World Investments Limited（“NWIL”）as set out in clause 2 below, a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Activity.
2. The Details of The Activity
A. Activity Period: 1 October 2021 – 31 October 2021 (the “Period”)
B. Time: 10:30 – 22:30
C. Redemption Location: Concierge on 1/F, THE FOREST
D. Reward Details of CHILL
During the Period, KLUB 11 Members (the “Members”) spending HK$800 or more by electronic payment in a single purchase are eligible to redeem “THE FOREST CHILL in the Autumn” Designated Merchants coupons in THE FOREST which are provided by BIGPACK Café, Black Diamond/ PROTREK, Chef & Taste, DAFU Hong Kong and SweetyMagic with a total value of HK$400.
E. Reward Details of HEA
i. Earning K Dollar upon spending
KLUB 11 Members (the “Members”) are eligible to earn basic KLUB Points with your spending of Eligible Transaction by successfully registering the relevant Eligible Receipt, converting KLUB Points into K Dollar to be spent as instant cash at participating merchants. ii. Same-Day Registration > Extra 20 K Dollar Reward
For each Eligible Receipt which is registered through the “K11 HK” App on the same day the Eligible Transaction takes place and the same is brought to the Concierge on 1/Fof THE FOREST on the same day for verification, Members shall be rewarded an extra 20 K Dollars. There is no limit on the number of redemptions made by each Member during the Period, however, each Eligible Receipt can only be used once to redeem this reward.
iii. Spending at Designated Merchants > Extra 4X K Dollar Reward
Designated Merchants are as follows:
- BIGPACK Café – 215, 2/F
- Black Diamond – 213, 2/F
- Chef & Taste – G12, G/F
- DAFU Hong Kong – G7, G/F
- PROTREK – 214, 2/F
- SweetyMagic – 209 – 210,216A, 2/F
iv. Using WeChat Pay HK > Extra 10X K Dollar Reward
During the Period, a Member who uses WeChat Pay HK to make a complete Eligible Transaction(s) at Designated Merchants will be eligible for the extra 10X KLUB Points by successfully registering the relevant Eligible Receipts in addition to the basic KLUB Points as mentioned in item i. above.
By way of example, if a Member makes a transaction of HK$100, of which HK$50 is paid by WeChat Pay HK and the remaining balance of HK$50 is paid by credit card, this transaction is not an Eligible Transaction, and will not be eligible to participate in this Activity.
According to KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions, Members will only be entitled to earn basic KLUB Points and/or Extra KLUB Points by successfully registering the relevant Eligible Receipt(s) and the Eligible Transaction(s) being successfully verified during the Period. If the Eligible Transaction(s) and the Eligible Receipt(s) fulfil the requirements of items ii. and iii. above simultaneously, basic KLUB Points and extra 14X KLUB Points will be credited to Members’ account. Example, if a Member who makes Eligible Transaction(s) of HK$1,000 and use WeChat Pay HK and successfully registers the relevant Eligible Receipt(s) and the Eligible Transaction(s) is successfully verified, 1,000 basic KLUB Points and extra 4,000 KLUB Points (which fulfilled the requirement of item ii. above) and extra 10,000 KLUB Points (which fulfilled the requirement of item iii. above), for a total of 15,000 KLUB Points will be credited to Members’ account.
Extra KLUB Points earned under the Activity will be credited to Members’ accounts after the Eligible Transaction(s) is successfully verified. Any Extra KLUB Points earned under this Activity shall expire by 31 December 2021.
“Extra KLUB Points” means the amount of the extra KLUB Points awarded to Members on top of the basic KLUB Points under the Activity.
3. Credit of Extra KLUB Points
a) Extra KLUB Points earned under this Activity will be automatically credited to the Member’s account after the Eligible Transaction(s) is successfully verified. Any Extra KLUB Points earned under this Activity shall expire by 31 December 2021.
b) A Member shall forthwith inform KLUB 11 of any transaction where Benefits/ KLUB Points have been earned/obtained/redeemed but such transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed for whatever reasons. In such circumstances, or if the Member fails to inform KLUB 11 but it has come to the knowledge of KLUB 11 of those cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction(s), then either:
i. KLUB 11 shall be entitled to deduct the KLUB Points earned from the said transaction(s) from his/her account (including any Extra KLUB Points earned from the said transaction(s) during this Activity; or
ii. The Member shall pay to KLUB 11 forthwith upon notice from KLUB 11 for the value of the Benefits, which value shall be determined by KLUB 11 in its sole and absolute discretion. The Member agrees that the aforesaid payment by the Member to KLUB 11 is an agreed liquidated damages but not a penalty.
4. Eligibility
During the Period, KLUB 11 Members can redeem one set of “THE FOREST CHILL in the Autumn” Designated Merchants coupons by presenting one Eligible Receipt with spending of HK$800 or above. Each Eligible Receipt can only be used to redeem one set of “THE FOREST Autumn Chill and Hea” Designated Merchants coupons once during the Period, and cannot be used repeatedly for redemption. There is no limit to the amount of redemptions made by each Member, the more eligible spending made, the more vouchers redeemed.

- Black Diamond / PROTREK HK$50 Cash Coupon
- Chef & Taste HK$50 Cash Coupon
- DAFU Hong Kong HK$50 Cash Coupon
- SweetyMagic HK$150 Free Gift Voucher of one selected Monthly Contact Lenses
5. “Eligible Receipt” means:
(a) An original machine-printed receipt issued by the Designated Merchants at THE FOREST on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction; and
(b) A corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) bearing the name of the Member.
NWIL does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts or payment slip and reserves the right not to accept any receipts or payment slip that NWIL suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation. An Eligible Receipt must be intact and complete for redemption, and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
6. “Eligible Transaction” shall mean a consumer transaction paid by Electronic Payment between the consumer and a Designated Merchant at THE FOREST, excluding the below transactions:
(a) Any single spending below HK$50;
(b) Purchase of any kinds of membership(s);
(c) Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(d) Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets;
(e) Payments using K Dollar and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers;
(f) Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(g) Currency exchange;
(h) Any online transaction with the merchants;
(i) Any bank transaction;
(j) Charity donations;
(k) Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
(l) Any online course provided by K11 Kulture Academy;
(m) Any transactions on K11 ESHOP, K11 GO HK, Food Ordering via ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App or any online platform of any merchants; and
(n) Any other transaction between the KLUB 11 Member and any merchants as specified by KLUB 11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).
7. Copying Eligible Receipts
KLUB 11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.
8. Marking on Eligible Receipts
KLUB 11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption. The Eligible Receipt marked by KLUB 11 cannot be used again for participating in the Activity or for redeeming any other gifts or privileges in other promotional activities being held in THE FOREST.
9. “Electronic Payment” means transaction by credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay, Quick Pass, EPS and Octopus cards.
10. “THE FOREST Chill in the Autumn” Designated Merchants coupons is distributed in the form of a physical coupon. Customers must present an original and complete coupon/gift voucher to the selected merchants. The coupon/gift voucher will be invalid if found defaced, altered or photocopied. “THE FOREST Chill in the Autumn” Designated Merchants coupons will not be reissued, convertible to cash nor other formats of rewards. Validity dates are marked on the front/back of each relevant coupon and gift voucher.
11. In case of adverse weather during the Period, NWIL reserves the right to close the shopping centre or suspend the Activity without prior notice.
12. All rewards are non-convertible to cash, non-refundable nor altered.
13. No Liability
NWIL does not warrant that the products and services offered by the individual merchants or redeemed by the participants in the Activity are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose. NWIL disclaims all liability in relation to such products and services. The participants in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interest, if any, of any nature to pursue against NWIL.
14. NWIL reserves the right to amend, alter, interpret, suspend or terminate the Activity at any time without prior notice.
15. NWIL has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of NWIL will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
16. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
