1. Applicable Activity
By participating in the activity “A Christmas Aurora Odyssey – Triple Spending Rewards” (the “Activity”) organized by New World Investments Limited（“NWIL”）as set out in clause 2 below, a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Activity.
2. The Details of The Activity
A. Activity Period: 18 November 2021 – 2 January 2022 (the “Period”)
B. Time: 10:30 – 22:30
C. Redemption Location: Concierge on 1/F, THE FOREST
D. Details of Triple Spending Rewards:
During the Period, KLUB 11 Members (the “Members”) spending HK$900 or more by electronic payment on a maximum of 2 Eligible Transactions plus a completion of registration on ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App on the same day as such Eligible Transaction are eligible to be rewarded an extra 30 K Dollars (the “K Dollar Reward”) by presenting the registration record and the relevant Eligible Receipt at Concierge on 1/F, THE FOREST. Each Member shall also be eligible to redeem a ‘THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher’ (the “Cash Voucher”) using the K Dollar Reward, with an expiry date of the redemption date. Cash Voucher applies to all merchants in THE FOREST. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cash Voucher shall be governed by a separate set of terms and conditions applicable specifically to the Cash Voucher.
Members are eligible to earn basic KLUB Points with your spending of Eligible Transaction by successfully registering the relevant Eligible Receipt, converting KLUB Points into K Dollar to be spent as instant cash at participating merchants. 3. Eligibility
During the Period, Members shall be rewarded extra 30 K Dollars by presenting in maximum 2 Eligible Receipts with cumulative spending of HK$900 or above and registration record at Concierge on 1/F, THE FOREST on the same day. Each Eligible Receipt can only be used once for redemption during the Period, and cannot be used repeatedly for redemption. K Dollar Reward earned under this Activity shall expire by 31 March 2022. K Dollar Reward is subject to a daily quota and is on a first come first served basis.
Members are also eligible to redeem a ‘THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher’ with the 30 K Dollar Reward instantly. The expiry date of Cash Voucher is the same day of redemption. Expired vouchers will be considered invalid. Cash Voucher redemption is subject to a daily quota and is on a first come first served basis.
4. “Eligible Receipt” means:
(a) An original machine-printed receipt issued by the Merchants at THE FOREST on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction; and
(b) A corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) bearing the name of the Member.
NWIL does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts or payment slip and reserves the right not to accept any receipts or payment slip that NWIL suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation. An Eligible Receipt must be intact and complete for redemption, and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
5. “Eligible Transaction” shall mean a consumer transaction paid by Electronic Payment between the consumer and a Merchant at THE FOREST, excluding the below transactions:
(a) Any single spending below HK$50;
(b) Purchase of any kinds of membership(s);
(c) Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(d) Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets;
(e) Payments using K Dollar and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers;
(f) Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
(g) Currency exchange;
(h) Any online transaction with the merchants;
(i) Any bank transaction;
(j) Charity donations;
(k) Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
(l) Any online course provided by K11 Kulture Academy;
(m) Any transactions on K11 ESHOP, K11 GO HK, Food Ordering via ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App or any online platform of any merchants; and
(n) Any other transaction between the KLUB 11 Member and any merchants as specified by KLUB 11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).
6. Copying Eligible Receipts
KLUB 11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.
7. Marking on Eligible Receipts
KLUB 11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption. The Eligible Receipt marked by KLUB 11 cannot be used again for participating in the Activity or for redeeming any other gifts or privileges in other promotional activities being held in THE FOREST.
8. “Electronic Payment” means transaction by credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay, Quick Pass, EPS and Octopus cards.
9. “THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher” is distributed in the form of a physical coupon. Customers must present an original and complete coupon/gift voucher to the selected merchants. The coupon/gift voucher will be invalid if found defaced, altered or photocopied. Cash Voucher will not be reissued, convertible to cash nor other formats of rewards. Validity date shall be the same day of redemption. Expired vouchers will be considered invalid.
10. Please refer to the back of ‘THE FOREST HK$100 Cash Voucher’ for terms and conditions.
11. In case of adverse weather during the Period, NWIL reserves the right to close the shopping centre or suspend the Activity without prior notice.
12. All rewards are non-convertible to cash, non-refundable nor altered.
13. No Liability
NWIL does not warrant that the products and services offered by the individual merchants or redeemed by the participants in the Activity are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose. NWIL disclaims all liability in relation to such products and services. The participants in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interest, if any, of any nature to pursue against NWIL.
14. NWIL reserves the right to amend, alter, interpret, suspend or terminate the Activity at any time without prior notice.
15. NWIL has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of NWIL will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
16. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9.1 The top five Members will be notified individually and named on the winner list which announced on both THE FOREST Facebook and Instagram on or before 17 January 2022 after the prize eligibility are verified and confirmed by NWIL and KLUB 11. The relevant prizes/ prizes redemption letter must be collected at Concierge on 1/F at THE FOREST no later than 31 January 2022, overdue collection will be deemed automatically forfeit the prize. Staff of THE FOREST reserves the rights to request the Member to present the electronic membership card for verification of the Member’s identity when the Member collects the prize.
9.2 If the prize is K Dollar, it will be automatically credited to the winner’s account in his/her ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App on or before 31 January 2022, with an expiry date of 31 March 2022.
9.3 The prizes are subject to the Terms and Conditions for the relevant prizes respectively, and the use of K Dollar is abject to KLUB Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
10. In case of adverse weather during the Period, NWIL reserves the right to close the shopping centre or suspend the Activity without prior notice.
11. All rewards are non-convertible to cash, non-refundable nor altered.
